We are seeking passionate and curious students to join Gateway as Data Analyst Interns. What You'll Do
As a Data Analyst Intern, you will work on diverse analytics projects that directly impact client success:
Data Collection & Processing
- • Extract, clean, and prepare large datasets from multiple sources including databases, APIs, and files
- • Develop automated data pipelines for regular reporting and analysis workflows
- • Ensure data quality and integrity through comprehensive validation processes
Statistical Analysis & Modeling
- • Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
- • Apply statistical techniques including hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and time series analysis
- • Build predictive models to forecast business metrics and customer behavior
Data Visualization & Reporting
- • Create compelling dashboards and interactive visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, and Python/R
- • Design executive reports that communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders
- • Develop automated reporting systems for key performance indicators and business metrics
Business Intelligence & Insights
- • Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and operational efficiency across banking, insurance, and pharma

What's Required
We're looking for candidates who:
Education & Background
- • Are pursuing a degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
- • Have strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- • Demonstrate curiosity about data and passion for discovering insights
- • Show excellent communication skills for presenting findings
Technical Skills
- • Proficiency in SQL for database querying and data manipulation
- • Experience with Python or R for statistical analysis and data visualization
