What You'll Do
As a Data Science Intern, you will work across the full data science lifecycle from data collection to model deployment:
Machine Learning & AI
- • Develop predictive models for risk assessment and fraud detection
- • Build recommendation systems and customer segmentation models
- • Implement natural language processing for document analysis
- • Deploy computer vision solutions for medical imaging and insurance claims
Data Analysis & Visualization
- • Perform statistical analysis and hypothesis testing
- • Create interactive dashboards and data visualizations
- • Conduct A/B testing and experimental design
- • Generate insights from large-scale enterprise datasets
Data Engineering & Infrastructure
- • Build and maintain data pipelines for real-time processing
- • Design data warehouses and optimize database performance
- • Implement data quality monitoring and validation frameworks
- • Deploy models to production using cloud platforms
Research & Development
- • Explore cutting-edge AI techniques and algorithms
- • Contribute to research publications and technical papers

What's Required
We're looking for candidates who:
Education & Background
- • Are pursuing a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- • Have strong foundation in mathematics, statistics, and programming
- • Demonstrate curiosity and passion for solving complex problems
- • Show ability to work with ambiguous and messy real-world data
Technical Skills
- • Proficiency in Python/R and machine learning libraries (scikit-learn, pandas, numpy)
- • Experience with SQL and database management
- • Knowledge of statistical methods and experimental design
- • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
